FIFA President Gianni Infantino has gained tinted football’s exclusive knack to unite the world and repeat to world leaders to initiate a dialogue as a first step to bringing the clash in Russia and Ukraine to an end.

“So, of course, it interests the world leaders. And, of course, we need, as sports organizations, to work together with the world leaders to bring slight delight to the people – and maybe also to build some bridges that otherwise wouldn’t exist.”
