Shehnaaz Gill was born on 27 January 1993 in Chandigarh, India. She is an Indian actress and singer who appears predominantly in Punjabi films, television series, and music videos.
She is best known for her leading roles in popular Punjabi films such as Kala Shah Kala (2019), Jindua (2017), and Daaka (2019).
Gill made her acting debut in the 2014 Punjabi film Angrej. She rose to fame with her performance in the popular TV series Dil Deke Dekho (2015-2016).
In 2017, she was seen in Jindua alongside Jimmy Shergill and Neeru Bajwa. The film was critically acclaimed and commercially successful.

Early life
During her early life, Shehnaaz Gill dreamed of becoming an actor. She grew up in a Sikh family and attended Dalhousie Hilltop School in Dalhousie, India.
Shehnaaz also completed her education at Lovely Professional University in Phagwara, Punjab. She also had a love for singing from her childhood.
