Marital Life
In 1998, Shweta tied with actor Raja Chaudary, and they welcomed the daughter Palak Tiwari on 8 October 2000.
After nine years of marriage, she filed for divorce due to his alcoholism habit and domestic violence.
Then in 2013, Tiwari and actor, Abhinav Kohli married on 13 July. On 27 November 2016, Shweta gave birth to his son Reyansh Kohli. In 2019, they separated, and even Shweta filed a complaint against him for harassment by him towards her and her daughter.

While interviewing, Shweta Tiwari shared her views that she lost her faith in marriage after her unsuccessful marriage and also advised my daughter Palak Tiwari against marrying.
She said, “Although I don’t tell her how to live her life because it is her life, I want her to consider her options carefully before acting. A relationship doesn’t need to end in marriage simply because you are in one.
She said she didn’t think all marriages were horrible, but she wanted to encourage her daughter to follow her heart and not worry about other people’s thoughts.”

She stated: “A confident lady might sometimes come out as angry and arrogant… I receive a lot of criticism for my two unsuccessful marriages.
Many people have gone through three or four divorces, but no one brings them up since they are not in the spotlight. Celebrities are more often accused.
Because I’ve never stopped working and am financially independent, it is the only support I’ve ever received. I am grateful to be a working woman.”
